Factors Influencing Entrepreneurship Dynamics in Saudi Arabia

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the dynamics of entrepreneurship in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the context of the economic and developmental transformations the Kingdom is undergoing, particularly within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030. Entrepreneurial dynamics are a modern concept that focuses on studying the evolution of entrepreneurial activity and the factors that influence the creation, growth, and sustainability of ventures within the economic, social, and institutional environment. The study concluded that entrepreneurial dynamics in the Kingdom are influenced by a set of interrelated factors, including supportive government policies, access to financing, human capital development, and the promotion of innovation and digital transformation. The study further concludes that Saudi Arabia possesses a well-developed entrepreneurial ecosystem that contributes to supporting entrepreneurial dynamics and stimulating innovation; however, the continued achievement of these goals requires strengthening integration among the various components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, developing entrepreneurial skills, and increasing financing and investment opportunities in promising sectors. The study emphasizes that Vision 2030 represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen the Kingdom's position as one of the leading entrepreneurial ecosystems at the regional and global levels.
