Abstract

Organizational behavior serves as a critical driver in shaping the cultural fabric of sports institutions. To explore this dynamic, the present study adopted a descriptive survey design, utilizing a structured questionnaire to gather data from all members of the Médéa State School Sports League via a comprehensive survey. The study revealed the existence of a distinctive organizational culture, characterized by values, beliefs, and administrative practices grounded in cooperation and mutual respect. Furthermore, its members exhibit positive organizational behavior (i.e., group behavior), which plays a pivotal role in the development of organizational culture among the members of the State School Sports League.

Drawing upon the findings of the present research, this study proposes and advocates for a strategic focus on the fundamental dimensions of collective behavior within sports organizations—specifically, teamwork, leadership, and communication—alongside systematic efforts to refine them. Such refinement is critical to developing a workforce defined by professional relationships rooted in respect and cooperation. Moreover, it is imperative to align staff behaviors and values with the ethos of teamwork, as this alignment serves to instill job security and reinforce employees' confidence. thereby enhancing their administrative discretion, stimulates creativity and proactivity, and ultimately contributes to a marked improvement in the overall organizational efficiency of the sports institution.
