A purposive sample of 56 male and female teachers was selected from Sheikh Omar Al-Mukhtar Secondary School in the Province of M'Sila. A questionnaire was constructed by the researchers, and its psychometric properties were verified after its administration to a pilot sample of 25 male and female teachers.
